On Thursday, April 2nd, we hosted our annual campus-wide Easter egg hunt for both our littles and bigs—and what a day it was!
We kicked things off with our elementary students up at the school, complete with an exciting drone egg drop that had everyone smiling and searching high and low. Then we wrapped up the festivities with our middle school and high school students at the dorm playground for another round of fun.
To make the day even more special, we had a surprise visit from the Easter Bunny himself handing out special prizes! 🐰
There was so much joy, laughter, and excitement shared across campus. We loved seeing all of our students come together to celebrate and enjoy the Easter festivities!

Beyond the competition, students gained valuable hands-on experience and meaningful insight that will contribute to their growth and future success in agriculture. Participation at OYE continues to play an essential role in strengthening and advancing Jones Academy’s Ag Program.

They successfully completed all 6 of their assigned challenges, missing only the two mystery challenges—what an accomplishment! Throughout the day, they showed incredible teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt and re-strategize when it mattered most.
We are SO proud of this group and all their hard work. The future is bright for these students, and we can’t wait to see what they achieve next!

There were some awesome shots (and yeah… a few total misses 😅), but that just made it more fun. Everyone had a great time, laughed a lot!

On February 18th, members of our UNITY Council rolled up their sleeves and got to work cleaning the Jones Academy campus signs! 🧽🪣
We are so proud of these students for showing leadership, teamwork, and pride in our school. It may seem like a small act, but serving our campus in this way makes a BIG difference.
Way to go, UNITY Council!

Our students had an amazing time at this year’s Valentine’s STEAM Event! From creativity to competition, the day was packed with fun.
Several students participated in our Valentine’s Box Contest, and their designs were proudly showcased during the event. We announced our 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners — and we are so proud of everyone who participated!
Students also enjoyed popcorn, candy treat bags, and a sweet cotton candy drink that made the day extra special. 🍿🍬🥤
It was a wonderful celebration filled with creativity, collaboration, and all things Valentine’s and STEAM!
